Art or technology, which came first?  To make art, a tool was needed, but to make the tool, art was needed. We can’t have one without the other.  TOOLS is an exhibition dedicated to tools that make art, and artists that makes tools.  The show includes tools that were fabricated by artists to create their work, and artworks that are imaginary, absurd, and surreal tools.
