Anne Staveley, Santa Fe’s preeminent black and white portrait photographer has installed enormous portraits of local teens on the 10 x 120 foot wall on the west side of Warehouse 21. Born in Santa Fe and a graduate of Santa Fe High and The Rhode Island School of Design, Staveley is a staff photographer for THE Magazine and a working portrait photographer in Santa Fe and around the U.S. This installation of 10 foot-tall black and white photographs along the wall space depicts a wide array of Santa Fe's youth. Through these portraits we can recognize that teens are an important part of the fabric that makes community. A joint production of Axle Contemporary and W21 with support from Gerald Peters Gallery and Peter Marcelle. The photos will remain in place throughout the summer. Anne is available for commissions.
